What we will be doing in 2010

Five years after the Commission published its report, the Commissioners are revisiting their recommendations to remind world leaders of the commitments made and to push for speedier action to tackle poverty in Africa

Shortly before the Millennium Development Goal Summit in New York in September 2010, the Commission with publish a full report on progress against its original recommendations.

Throughout the summer, the Commissioners, will be commenting in their personal capacity on progress made in Africa and the steps that need to be taken to push forward progress this year.

We will be working with other campaigners to ensure that momentum towards growth, stability and development in Africa is maintained.
