About

The Commission for Africa was set up in early 2004 by the then British Prime Minister, Tony Blair. The Commission had seventeen members, nine of whom were from Africa, all working in their individual and personal capacities. The Commission for Africa launched its follow-up report, Still Our Common Interest, on 13 September 2010.

The aim of the new report is to look at what has happened since the Commission published its original report in March 2005. Read more
